The following is an un-edited testimonial from one of our customers:

"I would like to share my experience with buying a new car with the Ganley Chevrolet guys. It was one of the best experiences in my life. From the time I went on line and looked at the Chevy Cobalt to the time I filled out the information on line and Felipe Soto called me within five minutes and put my mind to ease about buying a new car. We discussed everything from the car I was driving at the time and then talking about buying a new car. We talked about the Cobalt that I was interested in and also the Malibu. He enlightened me about the specifics about both cars and I decided on the Cobalt. When I arrived at Ganley he made the car buying experience very comfortable for me. We talked about the Cobalt and test drove it, looked at other Cobalts and other colors, along with other cars on the lot. We filled out the paperwork and he kept coming to the customer waiting room reasuring me that everything was going well. I talked to the Finance Manager Jason France and he also put my mind at ease about buying a new car and worked with me and the banks to get me the best financing there is. I also want to thank the Sales Manager, Dan Zegarac, for coming over and introducing himself to me. I thought that was a nice special touch. After everything was said and done and I was approved for my new car I was so excited that I started crying, I was so overjoyed about buying my new car. Jason also took me over to the service department and introduced me to the service guys and they also explained to me about servicing my new car. They were also as happy for me as I was for myself. Jason then took me back inside and introduced me to the other managers and staff. Felipe and I went outside to take the things from my trunk of my old car and put them in my new car. Then Felipe took time with me and sat in my new car with me and went over different things inside the car, from talking about the remote starter to the automatic locks, the onstar system and when to call to activate it completely, we also talked about the phone in the car and he also showed me how to move the seats up and down. He showed me how to put the back seats down in the trunk, and where the trunk release button is and all the little compartments in the car. He also showed me how to program all the radio stations that I like to listen to. After we were done he said to me, "Now go and drive and enjoy your new car", "and if he could ever help me with anything do not hesitate to call him". I want to thank all the guys at Ganley Chevrolet for making my experience with buying a new car so wonderful, and I would not hesitate to refer someone to Ganley Chevrolet. To all the guys at Ganley Chevrolet, Thank You ever so much."

"I have been to many dealerships in the past 40 plus years. I started out by selling automotive advertising for a major newspaper in Cleveland. You name it, I've seen it. I would like you to know that Ganley Chevrolet is one of the best dealerships I have been in and done business with in all those years.

I started checking the internet for a Chevrolet Equinox. I was asked to list the area I wanted to do business in. I started to get feed back from several dealers but none as quickly as from Mr. Al Reinhard from Ganley Chevrolet. Other dealers emailed me, some called but none were as helpful as Mr. Al Reinhard.  I told him I was going to the auto show to check out various product lines, looking for leg- room front and back. He told me the Equinox had an adjustable backseat that would move 8" to allow more leg room for the people in the back seat. That was something I could not find in any other car at the show. The reason I mention this is because he was the only dealer consultant to tell me. He also told me I would receive a large incentive because I was returning a leased GM car. No other dealer mentioned that. Lastly when I was at the auto show I asked another dealer if there was a show special. He said not on the 2009 Equinox but there would be on the 2010 models. I asked Mr. Reinhard and he said was there sure was one. Well that made us go visit him instead of where we bought our last car, also a Chevy.
What a wonderful experience. It was refreshing to do business with a class act in every way.  Mr Reinhard answered every question my wife and I asked.  He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the product lines offered by Chevrolet and he offered every discount available without asking. So we bought the Equinox, but as Paul Harvey had said "Now the rest of the story." While we were there the General Manager, Mr. Tim McMahon, came over and asked if there was any thing he could do to help us. A little while later we started talking to Mr. Dan Zegarac and he told us he was the Sales Manager and he also offered help.  A Service Consultant, Mr. Paul Wolanski came over to let us know that when we needed service, we will not have to wait.  Ganley would lend us a car so we can carry on with our daily activities. How’s that for service? We even met the Body Shop Manager, Mr. Ed Gundich. What more can I say! The Finance Manager, Mr. Jason France, took time to make sure we understood all the paper work. And to top it off, Mr. Reinhard sat in the car with my wife and me for over an hour, showing us everything including the XM radio.

Now we can't live without the radio system. So, if you looking for Honesty, Full Service and a Great Price, shop Ganley Chevrolet before you buy any car.  It’s the only place we will buy or have service done in the future. Oh, by the way, this all started by using the internet and not having met any of these people before we walked in.  They sure made us feel at home. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Our family has done business with the original West Park and now Ganley Chevy we have checked out other dealerships but we always come to Ganley because the sales consultant, Al Reinhard, just makes you feel comfortable and besides I always have got the best deals from Mr Al Reinhard. He lays everything out to us and answers all our questions, and if there is an incentive I do not know about, Mr Reinhard will tell me about it.  I have stopped into other dealerships but it seems when I walk into them, I am a dollar sign and do not feel comfortable -  not at Ganley.  I have ordererd a new Camaro from Ganley and Al Reinhard is keeping me updated personally with the progress of the car.  Ganley also has to me the best service department, that is why I will always recommend Ganley and Mr Reinhard to our friends. Thank You
